KAPOSBREZON LTD. Founded in November 1996, its managing director, Imre Péter Hornyák started his tooling business in 1991 as a private entrepreneur.
His main activity is tool making but besides we work in metalworking and plastic products.
The company has its headquarters in Kaposvár, with a crane factory of about 1300 m2. We have all the tools you need to make your tool, from design to the final plastic product. We mainly specialize in the production of plastic injection molding tools, but we have also produced punching-punching, aluminum injection molding, extruder, die-casting tools. With 28 years of experience behind us, we have designed and manufactured a wide variety of tools and complexities, or remodeled tools. Our injection molding machines carry out trial production, so our partner takes over the tool after a successful trial production. At our CNC machining centers, we produce tools and other parts, which we can undertake in a short time. After upgrading the new site we purchased in 2012, we were constantly replacing our machines, learning about new technologies.
Through tenders we have acquired several SODICK wire and block cutting machines, OKAMOTO CNC milling machines, SISMA laser welding machines, ROMI CNC lathes. Currently we work with 23 machines. With more modern machines, our productivity has increased significantly, so our revenue is growing year by year.
We place special emphasis on quality control and quality assurance. Measurements are made with a HEXAGON 3D measuring machine, which is always recorded in a measurement report.
Our company is ISO 9001: 2015 certified, which is certified by the TÜV SÜD certification organization.
In addition to serving our customers to the highest standards, we can increase productivity, which attracts us to modernize our machines. What we see in our development is the constant replacement of our old tools with more modern machines. Our goal is to achieve customer satisfaction by presenting our company in a well organized workshop. And we prove our reliability by keeping to the exact deadlines.
We care about the environment and the health of our employees, so we are constantly equipped with the latest technology, UNIFIL Oil Mist Exhaust, which filters 0.003mm particles out of the air that could no longer leave the lungs when inhaled.
