Company History – KAPOSBREZON Kft.
KAPOSBREZON Kft. was founded in November 1996. Its Managing Director, Imre Péter Hornyák, started tool manufacturing as a sole proprietor in 1991.
Our main activity is tool manufacturing, but we also specialize in metal machining and the production of plastic components.
Our production facility is located in Kaposvár, Hungary, featuring a 1,300 m² crane-equipped workshop. We possess all the technologies required for tool manufacturing, from design to the production of finished plastic products. Our primary specialization is the production of plastic injection molds, but we have also manufactured blanking dies, punching tools, aluminum die-casting molds, extrusion tools, and permanent molds. With more than 28 years of experience, we have designed and manufactured a wide variety of tools with different levels of complexity, as well as modified existing tools. Trial production is carried out on our own injection molding machines, ensuring that our partners receive their tools only after successful testing. Our CNC machining centers are used for manufacturing mold plates and other precision components with short delivery times. Since acquiring our new production facility in 2012, we have continuously modernized our machinery and adopted the latest manufacturing technologies.
Through various development projects, we have expanded our machine park with SODICK wire-cut and sinker EDM machines, an OKAMOTO CNC milling machine, a SISMA laser welding machine, and a ROMI CNC lathe. We currently operate 23 machines. Thanks to our modern equipment, our productivity has increased significantly, resulting in continuous annual revenue growth.
We place great emphasis on quality control and quality assurance. Measurements are performed using a HEXAGON 3D coordinate measuring machine, and a detailed inspection report is prepared for every measurement.
Our company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, verified by the TÜV SÜD certification body.

Environmental protection and the health of our employees are also among our top priorities. Therefore, our workshop is continuously equipped with state-of-the-art UNIFIL oil mist extraction systems capable of filtering airborne particles as small as 0.003 mm, helping to create a healthier working environment.
